The apartment is also close to the top floor so it provides a very impressive view of the surrounding area.
 

Although the compound is relatively new, much of the surrounding area is filled up by older buildings, giving it a very traditional feel. Amongst them you can find many interesting shops and restaurants to try out.
 

There are many important areas in the city that are easily reachable from this apartment, such as Xintiandi, East Nanjing road and travelling to Pudong on a regular basis is pretty straight forward given that its nearby metro station can take you there in only a few minutes.
 

The Bund side garden has a clubhouse that contains gym and swimming pool for you to make use of, and its residents are health mixture of locals and foreigners.
