Cosy single bedroom lane house near Peoples Square

The interior has been completely renovated to the point where it feels like your living in one of the newer apartment buildings. It features a large amount of floor space for a flat with only a single bedroom and it comes with a very comfy set of furnishings. 
 

The local area surrounding the flat is surprisingly quiet and peaceful considering how close it is to one of the busiest places in the city. But you can still easily get to the more popular shopping areas when you need to, and it means that there is plenty to do without going too far.

 

The surrounding area's People's square and Nanjing road are within walking distance of the house. The metro station at People's square can also be access very easily, enabling you to reach much of the city through it, including Jing 'an temple, Lujiazui and Xintiandi.
 

I would make a good place to live for someone who works in the downtown area around People's Square and West Nanjing road but would prefer not to live in one of the more prestigious and expensive expat compounds in the area.
